Strange Town is delighted to welcome actor Julia Brown as our second patron. Julia starred as Lois Bennett in the BBC/PBS America TV series World on Fire and in Jimmy McGovern’s Anthony for the BBC. Brought up in Edinburgh Julia said “”I am thrilled to be asked to be a patron of Strange Town. They are exemplary in their field and offer excellent Edinburgh-based performing arts opportunities for young people. It will be an honour for me to play a part in nurturing breakthrough talent from my own hometown.”
